We have been using DigiCop Solutions’ school management system, EDAP, at our school for the past year, and our experience has been very positive. The system effectively supports students’ learning while also strengthening communication between parents, teachers, and school administration. EDAP ERP has helped streamline our school’s administrative and academic processes by bringing student records, attendance, fee management, and parent communication onto one platform. The system is user-friendly and supports better coordination between management, teachers, and parents. With continued training and minor customization, EDAP ERP can be an effective tool for improving efficiency and transparency in school operations.

We have been affiliated with DigiCop for one year. It was a nice experience with them. Maximum options that can facilitate a school system are available, and especially the coordination of the team is excellent. It has not only reduced our workload but has improved work efficiency. I think a system like this is unavoidable for any educational system to ensure the academic quality and transparency.

Some minor improvements suggested: Our partnership with Digicop Solutions started in late 2021, allowing us to deploy their "EDAP" product by early 2022. We initially launched the attendance and homework modules before expanding to a comprehensive implementation: Student Attendance: Shifted from manual entry to real-time digital marking by teachers. Biometric & Timetable Integration: A sophisticated feature where the system identifies absent teachers via biometrics, suggests substitutes to the Principal, and notifies the assigned teacher instantly. Student Leave Requests: Parents submit requests with attachments (e.g., medical notes) via the app. Approvals and rejections are managed transparently by Teachers and Principals. Gallery: To ensure student privacy, we shifted from social media to the EDAP app, where photo viewing privileges are strictly controlled.  Homework & Grading: Both modules are integral to our daily operations.  Timetable: Used extensively to generate reports, particularly for monitoring teacher workload.  Examination Module: Now in its second year of full utilization, allowing us to publish results directly on the app. What stands out most is their exceptional customer service and rapid response to any queries or technical issues. As management, we appreciate that the application is user-friendly and easy to navigate. We actively use key modules such as Academic Management, Fee Management, Accounts, Homework & Assignments, Announcements & Circulars, Exam Schedule and Results, Event Calendar, and Front Desk Operations, all of which greatly simplify daily tasks. Quick attendance marking, easy handling of fee collection, and automated result calculations save time, reduce errors, and make overall school management much more efficient. From a management perspective, the app is extremely helpful. All details are easily accessible, school functions can be monitored efficiently, and communication with parents is quick and effective. Overall, it simplifies day-to-day operations and enhances our ability to manage the school smoothly. We would also like to share a few focused suggestions for improvement: * Add fee type selection when applying defaulter policies or restrictions on result visibility. * Provide a clear indication of new notifications on both the staff and parent apps (similar to WhatsApp/Facebook). * Improve loading speed to save time. * Provide a detailed document outlining EDAP modules and their functions for staff support.
